Scaling for Multiple Players
Hello miners
This project is for the most part, simply a reskin of Ironsworn. With very little new mechanics from the original game. And before I had primarily been playing solo, but after some more playing with multiple people, I have come to understand that the game might not flow to well with more than 2 players. When having more players, obstacles become much easier to overcome and foes much less dangerous and quick to take down.
But luckily a blogger named EdgeofDreams, have made some guidelines on how to balance the experience a little better.
How to Scale Ironsworn for multiple players
The blog goes over some things to consider when playing with multiple people in Ironsworn, like make sure that there isn't to much overlap statwise, be strict on what stats to use on a move, adding more foe tracks/goals during encounters, etc. These are all great considerations for R&S as well, since there isn't much difference from Ironsworn.
I am not sure what peoples experience so far have been with R&S, but I hope the blog will help smoothe some things out.
